2025/8/1 Celadon Tech - HR1. 供應商行為準則 (Supplier Code of Conduct)
本公司致力於與供應商共同實踐企業社會責任,所有合作夥伴均應遵守以下勞動標準:
自由就業 (Freely Chosen Employment): 禁止任何形式的強迫、抵押或奴役勞工。
Prohibit all forms of forced, bonded, or indentured labor. 禁用童工 (Young Workers): 嚴禁雇用未滿法定工作年齡之人員,並對未成年工採取特殊保護措施。
Prohibit the employment of anyone under the legal working age and take special protective measures for young workers. 工時與薪資 (Working Hours and Wages): 確保工時符合法規,並提供不低於法定基本工資之薪酬與福利。
Ensure working hours comply with regulations and provide compensation and benefits no less than the legal minimum wage. 人道待遇 (Humane Treatment): 嚴禁體罰、精神或肢體脅迫及任何形式的騷擾。
Prohibit corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, and any form of harassment. 不歧視 (Non-Discrimination): 招募及晉升不因種族、性別、宗教、年齡、身心障礙等而有差異。
Recruitment and promotion shall not be based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, etc.
