Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Policy Statement

一、政策宗旨
隨著全球對人權與社會責任的高度重視,本公司積極推動多元(Diversity)、公平(Equity)與共融(Inclusion)的價值,致力打造一個尊重個體差異、消除不平等待遇、鼓勵多元觀點的工作環境。我們深信,只有當每一位員工都能自在表達與成長,企業才能永續發展並為社會創造更大價值。

1. Policy Purpose
In response to the global emphasis on human rights and social responsibility, our company actively promotes the values of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). We are committed to creating a workplace that respects individual differences, eliminates inequality, and encourages diverse perspectives. We firmly believe that when every employee can express themselves freely and grow, the enterprise can thrive sustainably and contribute greater value to society.

 

二、我們的承諾
本公司承諾以下原則,並持續落實於企業文化、制度與營運之中:
- 接納並尊重員工及利害關係人於性別、年齡、種族、宗教、語言、性傾向、性別認同、身心障礙、文化背景等方面的多樣性。
- 提供一個無歧視、無騷擾的工作環境,建立公平且具透明性的招募、升遷與評核制度。
- 鼓勵開放對話與包容的企業文化,確保每位員工皆能獲得參與與貢獻的機會。
- 積極培養管理階層對 DEI 議題的認知與責任,並定期檢視相關成效。

2. Our Commitment
Our company is committed to the following principles, which are continuously integrated into our corporate culture, systems, and operations:
- Embrace and respect diversity among employees and stakeholders in terms of gender, age, race, religion, language, sexual orientation, gender identity, disabilities, and cultural background.
- Provide a non-discriminatory and harassment-free work environment with fair and transparent recruitment, promotion, and evaluation systems.
- Encourage open dialogue and an inclusive corporate culture to ensure every employee has the opportunity to participate and contribute.
- Actively develop management’s awareness and responsibility regarding DEI and regularly review progress.

 

三、對供應商的要求
本公司期盼與所有供應鏈夥伴共同實踐人權與社會責任原則,打造更具包容性的產業環境。因此,我們要求所有供應商:
- 制定並公開多元、公平與共融政策(或聲明/宣言)。
- 承諾在自身組織內部推動 DEI 原則,並避免任何形式的歧視與不平等待遇。
- 在招募、訓練與營運過程中,採取具體措施促進多元與包容。
- 配合本公司相關查核與改善建議,確保實際行動與承諾一致。

3. Supplier Requirements
We hope to work with all supply chain partners to jointly uphold human rights and social responsibility and create a more inclusive industry environment. Therefore, we require all suppliers to:
- Establish and publicly disclose their DEI policy (or statement/declaration).
- Commit to promoting DEI principles within their own organization and avoid all forms of discrimination and unequal treatment.
- Take concrete actions to promote diversity and inclusion during recruitment, training, and operations.
- Cooperate with our company’s audits and improvement suggestions to ensure alignment between commitment and action.
