Accordingly, the Workforce Development Agency has developed a talent development quality management system for the stages of training, design, implementation, verification, and evaluation of the content of the training.

The project provides assessment, counseling, and education training services to assist business institutions and training units to familiarize themselves with the quality development management system for talent development. In order to facilitate the institutional development of the system, the project will continue to review and revise the training quality assessment standards to enable TTQS. It has become the most objective, fair and representative testing tool for domestic training, and is moving towards the goal of international integration.
