Celadon is always considering the sustainability of the nature while developing and manufacturing. We believe sustainable development is based on treat the environment friendly. Therefore, we implemented the following measures
Air
50 Times of Reincarnation, VOCs Recycle System
We collect all the exhaust gases and re-use it in the production again and again.
98% ~ 99% of the organic solvents will be filtered, which means one drop of solvent can be use for about 50 times!
Energy
Shading and Charging the Factory, Solar Panel
Amount 3000 sqm plant, we also install the solar power panel. In the subtropical area it always over 10 sunshine hours each day. We can save the CO₂ up to 30 tone/ year. Solar panel not only offer the green energy, but also shading the factory and lower the indoor tempter.Natural Gas
We are using the natural gas as heating fuel, instate of heavy oil.
Natural gas can offer not only better thermal efficiency, but also less exhaust Nitrogen oxide, Sulfur oxide and granular pollutant.
Water
Wastewater Treatment
Even we are not a mass water user as other industry we value the wastewater treatment as an important policy. Clean fresh water is a crucial resource, especially in the island.
Every wastewater we drain is processed by our Wastewater System which is more strict than the regulations.
