High-standard of Quality Control and inspection to ensure products quality

Quality control helps Celadon Tech produce products efficient and stable. We require all of our staff from manager to operator must pass all the quality management courses before on board. This is our duty to deliver the fine products to our customer in the best quality. It also helps us be updated on ways to do things better. The quality control process is divided into several processes, which are, PIQC (Pre- Incoming Quality Control), IQC (incoming quality control), IPQC (in-process quality control), PQC (Process Quality Control), FQC (Final Quality Control) and OQC (outgoing quality control). Sampling rate and frequency are set forth by the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL). Each different product category has a different quality control standard to ensure quality meets the requirements of all customers.


Pre- Incoming Quality Control ( PIQC )

We inspect the raw materials from suppliers before the formal order arrives. We will ask the supplier to mail us the sample from mass production and process several key spec inspections. So, we can prevent to use any detective material before then arrive. It also saves from wasting on the shipping cost and time.


Incoming Quality Control ( IQC )

We inspect the raw and component materials when the material arrives at our factory. When defective parts are found, we negotiate with the suppliers for return or exchange to make sure product quality will not be affected.


In-process Quality Control ( IPQC )

In-process inspection performs quality control during the manufacturing process. The frequency of inspection depends on the quality standard set forth by the project. All manufacturing data are recorded for future reference. It helps us to detect and handle the problem that occurs ahead of time.

 

Process Quality Control ( PQC )

Process quality control tests are simply routine checks at the semi-finished products to ensure that established product quality is conformed to its specifications.


Final Quality Control ( FQC )

All finished goods are inspected according to our quality standard for each product. Products are sampled according to the AQL sampling rate before it leaves the production plant into the warehouse.


Outgoing Quality Control ( OQC )

The quality management team or sales manager will randomly inspect the finished products before shipping. The crucial step in ensuring the shipment is defect-free. Celadon Tech has well-established equipment to perform standard testing including thickness, adhesion power, holding power, peel strength, releasing force, glass level, tensile strength, and so on to ensure product quality.
